These were once spotlights, on a rich private beach area.... but they rusted heavily and fell to pieces, and transformers plus cabling are now hanging out disgracefully...
It shows that Marocco is still a developing country, even in the rich-people quarters of Casablanca.
Even the rich don't give a shit....
